An Arp Award!

Jim Estill, founder and president of Calloway’s Nursery, receives prestigious award from the Texas Nursery & Landscape Association

The Calloway’s Nursery family is proud bunch today! We learned last week that Jim Estill, founder and president of Calloway’s received the Arp Award from the Texas Nursery & Landscape Association (TNLA).

And what does this award recognize? We’ll let TNLA describe it in their own words…

Highest honor granted to an individual by TNLA given annually since 1942 by passing down a silver bowl to a nursery professional making outstanding contributions to the nursery/landscape industry. These individuals exemplify the Association's ideals: innovation, service, and highly ethical behavior in both business and personal lives.

Here’s a bit of what Jim said at the award presentation:

“I am truly honored and accept this recognition from the Texas Nursery & Landscape Association on behalf of everyone at Calloway’s and Cornelius that has worked so hard to make this company what it is today. I consider it a privilege to work alongside such a dedicated, professional group of individuals.”
