We are not familiar with a specific plant with the name of Flamingo, but your symptoms sound like a root problem. Root problems could be from lack of water that kills roots causing leaves to wilt and eventually turn brown. Or it could be from too much water which also kills roots, causing leaves to wilt and turn brown and/or black.
