I have a low area in my backyard that does not drain very well, it's full sun. What flowers can I plant year round?
There are no flowering annuals that will tolerate the soil moisture and sun exposure that you describe. However, some groundcovers like Liriope and Asiatic Jasmine will adapt to this type of condition.
