Cornelius Nursery on Voss Road in Houston opened May 1, 1962.  In July of 2008 it was temporarily closed due to a fire. Fortunately, no employees or customers were injured. The Voss Road Garden Center was rebuilt and opened again on November 27, 2009.  The Voss Road team offers specialty seasonal décor, premium plants and garden goods, expert Texas garden advice and an easy shopping experience.  At Cornelius Nursery, we’re not just a garden center. We offer seasonal items 12 months out of the year. We specialize in gift selections and custom designs including bow making.
