Please email us to inquire about Gift Card balances. Include the card number from the back of the card and the name of the Gift Card owner in your message.
How do I update my email address?
Use the most secure and accurate way of updating your email by visiting our profile updater page. You will be required to enter your original email address. An email will be sent to you to update your complete profile. Click here to visit the profile updater page. If you no longer have access to your old email account, please email us and tell us that you are unable to update your profile and what your old email address was so that we can correct you in our system.
How do I get a username and password?
Registering for a username and password on calloways.com gives you the ability to comment, participate, and identify yourself by name. You can also post comments anonymously. Registering for a username and password is separate and different from your My Texas Garden Club membership. If you would like to update your My Texas Garden Club membership, visit the update page where a secure link will be sent to the email address you have on file with us.
