The fronds on our 3 palm trees are brown except for the very middle. Are they dead?

We live in Houston, TX.

If the central fronds of your Palm trees are still green, then allow the growth to expand from the center of your plant because it should not be dead. Remove the brown dead fronds to maintain a clean appearance.
Thanks for your inquiry.

Happy Gardening!
