Calloway’s Nursery in Southlake opened March 12, 2009.  They offer premium plants and garden goods, expert Texas garden advice and an easy shopping experience.  In 2012, Star Community Readers voted Southlake as Best Garden Center.

Bryan, Store Manager and Texas Master Certified Nursery Professional

Bryan Hutson studied Horticulture at Texas Tech University.  He leads a welcoming team. Along with his love of gardening, Bryan enjoys participating in and attending  local theater events.  He will tell you that his store is # 1, and it is. Bryan’s love for serving customers and his horticulture expertise make him a wonderful garden resource.

 

Tracy BryantTracy, Assistant Manager and Texas Master Certified Nursery Professional.

Tracy owned a weed control business for 8 years before being bought out by a nation wide company in 2008 -- Turf grass is his speciality!  In 2008 Tracy was named Texas Nursery & Landscape Association (TNLA) President of Region IV.

1st place: Josh Alvarez, Variety: Cherry
2nd place: John Paul Heyne, Variety: Celebrity

Largest Tomato
1st place: John Paul Heyne, (15.5 oz) Variety: Celebrity
2nd place: Josh Alvarez, (8.2 oz) Variety: Black Prince

 

The Southlake location had ? entries in the Best Quality Tomatoes category and ? entries in the Largest Tomato category in its Tomato Contest on Saturday, June 25, 2011.
