Fall is for planting! Now is one of the best times in Texas to plant trees and shrubs. Locally, we usually receive more rain during the Winter months and our soil never freezes. So, the roots of newly planted landscape accents have an opportunity to grow and establish through the Winter, providing for a more robust Spring flush when temperatures warm. Planting now simply promotes the best Spring growth!
