STEP 1: PASTA
Boil your pasta according to package instructions.
STEP 2: RED BELL PEPPER
While pasta is cooking, sauté your red bell pepper in butter, olive oil, and 2 cloves of garlic until tender.
STEP 3: HERBS
Drain pasta and add to sautéed peppers. Add milk, minced parsley, chopped oregano and season with salt and pepper.
Toss until well combined and serve!
