Learn how to create your own beautiful Earth-Kind® Vegetable, Herb, and Flower gardens with a special 1-day course presented by the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service. The workshop is designed to teach you how to improve your soil, select the best-adapted plants for your landscape, and how to successfully grow your new blooms! The session includes an in-depth classroom program, an outdoor laboratory session on Earth-Kind® flowerbed preparation, planting, and mulching techniques, and a 1-hour personalized landscape design consultation (for an additional fee).
Dr. Steve George, Professor and Extension Landscape Specialist with the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service and creator of the Earth-Kind® System, is the lead instructor and will personally conduct all the design consultations.
