STEP 1: COMBINE INGREDIENTS
Collect enough berries to fill 1.5 cups. Clean them and put into your blender.
Then, spoon in 16 ounces of vanilla Greek yogurt.
Top off your ingredients with about 2 teaspoons of honey or agave!
STEP 2: BLEND UNTIL WELL COMBINED
Blend all of your ingredients until the color is consistent throughout and well combined.
STEP 3: MAKE YOUR POPS!
We used these great Popsicle baggies. They zip close and are very durable. But, feel free to use a Popsicle mold of your choosing!
We also used a small funnel to help making pouring easier.
STEP 4: FREEZE & ENJOY!
Place your treats in the freezer. Let them sit for a couple hours to get nice and frozen.
When they are ready to go, simply open up and enjoy the fresh flavors of this guilt-free recipe!
Have fun with this recipe, experiment with different berries, and stay cool out there!
