You will need the following supplies:

  4. Small terra cotta pottery
  5. Mod Podge
  6. Sponge brushes
  7. Ribbon, lace, paper, fabric, etc. to use for decoration

STEP 2: DECORATE

Get creative, crafty, and clever with your pottery. Turn that terra cotta from a blank canvas to a trend-setter. Mix and match materials, colors, and patterns, layer a paper collage, add photographs or even a dash of glitter. The options are literally endless and the look of it all is up to you and your style.

Once your pottery has been decorated and the glue has dried, add a few stones to bottom of your pottery to help with drainage, then add your potting soil. Be sure to leave room for your plant.
