Yes. Your Calloway’s gift card can be used at all Cornelius stores in Houston and all Calloway’s stores in the DFW Metroplex.
You start by using a Barricade preemergent granules weed control. It can be applied to your lawn and flower beds to kill weed seed only. It prevents the weed from growing by killing the seed as it germinates. So you never see the weed! Remember, it only effects seed so it can be used safely in all flower beds and the lawn 3 times per year.
Cornelius has a Pick & Plant service that can do this for you! Ask a team member for details.
We recommend 21-5-10 Calloway’s premium lawn food . Texas A&M recommends a 3-1-2 or a premium 4-1-2 ratio for Southern lawns for your 1st feeding in the spring and so recommend the premium 4-1-2 that gives you fast release Nitrogen that will green it quickly and slow release Nitrogen for extended feeding.
Calloway Organic Container Potting Soil is perfect to use for container use with vegetables and herbs.
Black mold on Crape myrtles comes from a sooty mold. The sooty mold is there due to an insect that covers the leaves with a honeydew. The spores from the sooty mold land on the honeydew and reproduce. There are several insects that cause this problem. We have systemic products and horticultural oils that will rid the tree of the insect.
