Went to the Prosper location yesterday and spoke with Chris, the store manager, as well as his team. I had a landscaping project that went south quickly and some of my Juniper topiaries were dying as well as a shrub. Chris spent a lot of time with me, recommending the correct products to help the situation and even went as far as supplying me with some stakes and ties to keep them upright. Long time Calloway shopper - 1st time here We found a clean, well stocked store with friendly staff happy to help us navigate the store & a few selections. TRAVIS and PEYTON were both wonderful in helping us pick plants for our garden. Both were helpful, knowledgable and patient. PEYTON may be a young high school kid but don’t underestimate him! His demeanour, temperament, expertise and interest in plants, and maturity in understanding the customers needs and responding accordingly, and his eagerness to help is a delight to see.
