I had a great experience at Calloway’s thanks to Janeth! She was incredibly helpful when it came to choosing plants and answering my questions. She was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and you could tell she genuinely cared about helping me find what I needed. Her friendly attitude made the whole experience even better. Employees like Janeth are what make a difference in customer service. Thank you, Janeth, for being so wonderful!Posted on Google

Excellent customer service, respectful, kind and I left with 5 different perennials until the bulbs come in. Bryan, thank you for helping me today! Outstanding young man! And as I was checking out, I learned he was like week 2 into being the new store manager. Calloway’s did good!!Posted on Google

Explorer29 June 2026I loved my experience here. I got help with repotting my plants and learned a lot about how to identify the health of their roots, what soil to use, and how some of them grow. Hailey was naturally helpful and professional, and was able to get assistance for other customers so that no one was waiting. Just a really nice way to spend some of my time on a Sunday afternoon.
