HOW TO MAKE FRESH CAPRESE STUFFED AVOCADOS
STEP 1: COMBINE
First, you will need to cut your avocados in half. Scoop out in the insides to make just enough room to add the filling.
Dice the freshly scooped avocado and set aside.
In a large bowl, toss diced avocado, fresh basil, tomatoes, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
STEP 2: FILL
Take your avocado halves and spoon in the mixture, dividing evenly among each half.
STEP 3: ENJOY
Feel free to garnish with more basil and top with more balsamic vinegar.
