How-To Make Goat Cheese & Herb Stuffed Strawberries
Wash and hull strawberries. Set aside for the time being.
In a small bowl, combine goat cheese, and freshly chopped mint, parsley, and chives.
Add lemon zest and just enough cream to make the goat cheese extra creamy.
Pour cheese mixture into a piping bag. This will make it easier to fill your strawberries.
Pipe the cheese into the center of the berries. If you don’t have a piping bag, simply use a spoon to stuff the cheese into the strawberries.
In a saucepan, prepare balsamic reduction by heating the balsamic vinegar until it gets syrupy and reduces by half.
Drizzle balsamic over the strawberries and serve immediately.
