STEP 1: CHEESE PLEASE

Grab your favorite blocks of cheese. We used pepper jack, cheddar, and cream cheese. You can substitute for other types of cheese, but try to keep the cream cheese for the extra creaminess!
Slice your cheese to about ¼” thick and place in a shallow dish.
STEP 2: MARINADE

In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
STEP 3: COMBINE

Pour your marinade mixture over your cheese dish. Let the cheese marinate for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator. For the best flavor, let it marinate overnight.
