HOW TO MAKE YOUR FOURTH OF JULY CENTERPIECE
STEP 1: SUPPLIES
To get started, gather all of your supplies.
You will need:
- Annuals (preferably sun-loving)
- Pottery
- Calloway’s Premium Potting Soil
- Decorations
Your 4th of July decorations can be whatever you choose. The décor can be found at a local craft store or if you are in the Houston area, check out our Americana décor at Cornelius Nursery!
Stop by your local Calloway’s or Cornelius and pick up quality, sun-loving color, like Cora® Vincas and Pentas! We went with a red and white theme with our plants. Also, be sure to pick up a great blue pot for your container garden. We have many options in various sizes and styles! Grab your bag of Calloway’s Premium Potting Soil and you are good to go!
STEP 2: PLANTING
Add your potting soil. Then place a small pot or container in the center of your soil to support your main decoration.
Plant your Cora Vinca and Pentas around the center. Then fill in with more potting soil, leaving room for water.
STEP 3: DECORATE
Water in your plants and get to decorating! Place your main décor piece in the center and add flags and the silver, blue, and red sparkler décor between the flowers.
