I had gotten a flower bed done by Calloways in my front yard. I needed some support by them after a month. Was not able to get the support I'd expected and it bummed me out as I was excited about the little project all along. Anthony Luciano, Design and Installation manager reached out to me after being made aware. He not only resolved but went above and beyond. It is a complete 180 from where I was and how I feel now and it re affirms the fact that ultimately it is the right people in the company that drive great customer experience. This is by far the best Garden Center in this area of Dallas. No better selection here. The flowers are always full, lush and ready to go. Excellent store, the customer service was really good, the plant material was in great condition and really competitive prices. We love our new plants they really giving life to our home.
